FHA 1% & 2% are separate down payment programs (doesn't need to be a HUD property). There is a similar program that works with conventional financing. We have a financing program that requires (LIMITED DOCS) to qualify. Loans are up to 75%. Meaning you only need 25% cash and you're in. We can also do loans for Foreign Nationals and Commercial properties.
